Where do I start?! Let's start from the beginning...we moved into our home in August. Since day 1 I started to HATE our hardwood floors. The previous owners used rugs to hide the imperfections. There were soo many dents, deep scratches, worn marks, stains and holes in the floor. Not to mention that they were orange! We've worked soo hard on making our home sparkle but the floors just looked trashy. When I reached out to Viktor (Luxury Wood Floors) for a quote - he was very responsive and came out rather quickly. He got me a quote back by the end of day and explained the process. He wasn't trying to oversell me - which I thoroughly enjoyed! After multiple quotes we chose Viktor and his company because I had a great feeling about him. Well I was right! His team only took 3 days. Day 1 was sanding - day 2 staining and day 3 poly and cleaning. His team was incredible, kind and meticulous. The before and after is astonishing and I am SOO happy with chosing Viktor and Luxury Wood Floors for our project. Personally I wanted to rip up our original floor and replace with LVP because I didn't think they could be saved. I am soo thankful that we trusted the team to fix our problem and now I'm in LOVE with our floors!! Great job by Viktor Markovski and his crew at Luxury Wood Floors. Always timely, responsive, sharing his knowledge and experience and providing good advise. We emptied the 2nd floor entirely and Viktor had our hardwood floor refinished with a beautiful clear coat in only 2 days. And the price was less than half of several others bidders. He included repairs and filling voids that were virtually undetectable. Highest recommendation possible to Viktor and his team from most greatful residents of Arnold MD household.

We were so happy with our gorgeous floors! Victor and his team were fantastic and everything was done and finished in the time frame given. We had the entire upstairs re-finished the floors and stairs they look brand new! We will be recommending them 100%!
