Viktor and his team at Luxury Wood Floors did an amazing job refinishing my floors this summer. We had completed a kitchen renovation and the contractor didn't do a very good job on the stain matching/patch areas. Viktor came by to talk through all of the options to fix it and was very upfront that the best result would be a full refinish. The prices were fair, in my opinion, and he was able to get us scheduled quickly. The process was smooth and took the expected 3 days to complete. Our goal wasn't to change the color of our floors from what we had, just make everything look cohesive again, so we spent a lot of time testing stains to get the best result. Viktor and the team were so patient during that process and wanted to get it right just like we did. In the end, we think we picked the exact same stain that was on the floors before and no one has any clue that we refinished them (our goal). I enjoyed having the team in our home and they left everything looking so much more beautiful and cleaner than before. No question in my mind that I would call Viktor again!

Luxury Wood Flooring refinished and stained the hardwood floors and stairs throughout my house with ease and professionalism. I was looking for a company to refinish and stain the dated orange oak hardwood floors throughout the house. The job also included sanding and staining over a botched DIY attempt to stain the stairs in black. Viktor responded back to me immediately, jumped on a video call to see the floors and provided me with a reasonable quote compared to other quotes received. He was kind, professional, and responsive to all my texts and calls. His crew arrived on a Monday morning as scheduled and got to work immediately. Viktor also stopped by the house to help me pick out a stain based on the lighting in my house. The crew only took 3 days to finish the job which was quite impressive. They thoroughly cleaned up and left the area "cleaner" as Viktor assured me. After we waited for the final seal coat to dry completely we inspected the work and notice some areas that needed attention which Viktor and his crew graciously and eagerly resolved immediately. I would highly recommend this company for your hardwood floor needs.

Victor and his hard working team did a fantastic job on refinishing the hardwood floors. They applied several sample colors on the sanded floors so we could see exactly what it would look like. When I first contacted Luxury Wood Floors Refinishing I was most impressed with was how Viktor took the time to talk with me and explain the whole process of how the floors would be refinished. He didn’t blow me off the phone quickly as I had experienced with other companies. They arrived on time and finished the floors in a timely fashion, taking expert care with protecting the other rooms from dust. Top notch craftsmanship and professionalism. We had a rush job due to a party we were having and they got the job done on a Sunday. All the detail work done with expert precision. From plank cuts, tight spaces like closets to the shoe molding, all done perfectly. They had done a hard wood refurbishing on our top floor and it was done so well that we know these were the guys when it came time to do our basement. I don’t even bother getting quotes. James
