I had them refinish five rooms with 2¼ inch red oak floors from 1970 that had some animal pee stains. They knocked it out of the park. Great price, only took 2 days, and replaced the ruined wood with new pieces. The floor looks brand new. I'm going to have them back to refinish another room once I install the floors there.

He was able to schedule refinishing or first floor around our schedule and provided a realistic timeline (even finishing on the early end of the timeline), and appropriate expectations with regards to how long to be out of the house and off the floors. Absolute professionals from start to finish. The crew from Luxury Woof Floors were prompt, courteous and accommodating throughout the process and the floor looks better than we could have imagined. They took the effort to seal the room and make sure when entering or leaving the area not to track through the rest of the home. Because it was an older floor adjacent to a new installation, Jose' took the time to try and match the color and finish as close as possible. He nailed it. The color flows from new to old without a noticeable difference. We didn't realize how tired and worn the old floor looked until they brought it back to life. Stunning. Not only was I impressed with the crew's work, and work ethic, (they worked the entire time they were here) it was refreshing to have consistent communication from the time we first contacted Luxury Wood Floors, until the follow up after the job was finished.
